Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP C4C Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 3+ years of deep experience in the field of C4C (SAP Sales + Service Cloud) and proven ability to communicate decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical staff.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, Design and Optimize the SAP Sales and Service Cloud (aka C4C) within standard functionalities and already existing custom extensions via KUT and SDK/PDI.
• Work directly with the IT as well as business teams to rapidly prototype solutions based upon business requirements.
• Exploration of new features within C4C and capabilities to fully understand the core standard features of the solution.
• Support + consultant our IT team to bring custom solution back to standard.
• System and process analysis as well as IT and business support.

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of deep experience in the field of C4C (SAP Sales + Service Cloud).
• Proven ability to communicate decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical staff.
• Very good Hands-on experience with Customizing of SAP Sales/Service Cloud (strong background).
• Knowledge in other programming languages like JAVA would be a clear benefit.
• Nice to have: experience with C4C groupware outlook integration, SAP Marketing Cloud and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Nice to have: experience with market leading cloud solutions like SAP BTP, AWS.
• Experience to work within an Agile Team (knowledge in SCRUM methodology).
