My client is searching for an experienced, professional and competent Service Desk Manager to motivate and guide a team of service desk professionals to provide accurate and efficient technical and non technical support. The successful candidate will support the infrastructure team with existing and emerging information and communication technology services.

The successful candidate will have proficient people management skills, 3 years experience in a similar role and strong written and oral skills.

·In depth understanding of all standard Windows networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
·Extensive hands-on technical knowledge of network systems, protocols, and standards.
·Knowledge of anti-virus software, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other network security measures.
·Experience of managing suppliers in outsourcing contracts.
·Extensive client/server and operating system experience with Microsoft. Operating Systems/Applications including Hyper V, Exchange, SQL and MSA's.
·Hardware, software, and network connection troubleshooting experience.
