2nd/3rd Line infrastructure Engineer


£35,000 - £50,000 (Depending on experience)

Our client is looking to recruit a highly motivated and competent 2nd and 3rd line service support engineer to become a valued member of a business solutions team. A minimum of 2-3 years experience following infrastructure solutions such as HP, NetApp & VMware is required for this role.

The individual will be responsible for providing timely 2nd/3rd line support, assisting being a mentor for 1st line service engineers. As well as investigation and providing root cause analysis.

the following certifications are desirable:
SQL Administration
