Our client - a global market leader in the manufacturing of building materials- is looking for a Business Analyst HR System Integration.
On their journey towards fully digital processes we are looking for a new team member to support the integration of our new global HR platform (Workday cloud solution) with our local HR payroll systems.

Your tasks

  • Define, implement and document integration scenarios between our global HR platform Workday and local HR core systems (focus on SAP HCM)
  • Manage extraction and conversion of all necessary data from Workday to the local HR core systems, provide guidance
  • Manage the integration of testing activities
  • Support roll-out projects of a global Time & Attendance and a global Travel & Expense solution worldwide
  • Customizing of processes and interfaces from Time & Attendance to SAP Payroll; conduct related test scenarios
  • Regularly provide support to end-users

Your profile

  • University degree in a business or technical field (or comparable qualification / experiences)
  • Very good understanding of managerial practices and processes
  • Minimum of three years professional business and technical experience within the area of HR Systems with an international background
  • Good Knowledge of SAP HCM payroll and personal administration modules
  • Experience with Workday would be an advantage
  • Experience in working with software delivery and support (SaaS experience)
  • Target-oriented working style, assertiveness with clear focus on rapid implementation
  • Good English language skills, German language skills would be an advantage
