Your new role
Working as part of a team and closely with our Sales director, you will be responsible for 60% Sales Support and 40% Admin tasks.
•Performing data entry duties
•Assistance in recruitment process
•Managing the correspondence between our Sales director and clients
•Monitoring cutomers and candidates records and updating them accordingly
•Scheduling diaries, meetings, sales appointments and Interviews with candidates
•Advertising jobs provided on different job boards and social media
•Answering phone calls if needed and following up with our clients for administrative purposes
•Any other Sales Support and Administrative tasks when asked
Key Requirements, knowledge, skills and experience:
•Customer Service experience (over the phone) ideally but not a must
•German speaker preferably due to the business specific and needs
•Experience of working with a broad range of stakeholders both internally and externally- ideally but not a must
•Ability to use own initiative and to solve problems
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with passion for building relationships
•Analytical Approach to work
•Attention to detail
•Ability to plan and organise work to meet challenging deadlines
•Competent IT user including all Microsoft Office products
